‘The key word in the title of the book is Heart, and this book, not surprisingly, is full of heart. To begin with, we see the heart of God portrayed – a picture that pervades every page, forming the backdrop of a beautiful story of how God works in our world and especially in the personal worlds of various kinds of people… We see the hearts of a whole spectrum of ordinary folks – mainly Japanese, but also Russians, Thai, Koreans, Chinese and many others.’ – Bishop Emeritus Robert M Solomon
